Coach Jimsie Simmons
Coach Simmons has 28 years of coaching experience. He began as a boys coach and started coaching girls travel ball in 1998 with the Waukegan Traveling Stars. In 2003 he co-founded The Future with Michael Gonzalez. Coach Simmons has developed and trained numerous athletes who went on to collegiate and professional success, including Jordan Johnson (UNLV, G League Champion), Carson Newsome (professional overseas), Malik Yarbrough (professional overseas), Lacey Simpson (University of Illinois, San Antonio Silver Stars, overseas), Octavia Crump (Spain, overseas), and Morgan Callahan (North Carolina Central, Division I). He has been involved in high school basketball since 2008 and is now two years into coaching at the junior-college level — and remains excited for the future.
Coach Donald Knott
Coach Donald Knott serves as the Director of Operations, bringing over 15 years of experience in player development and coaching. Born and raised in Southern California, he has built a strong reputation for helping athletes grow both on and off the court. With a deep passion for player development, Coach Knott is committed to creating opportunities for young athletes to reach their full potential.

Coach Myron Phelps leads our 15u team and serves as our dedicated Trainer and Recruiting Coordinator. With a passion for developing young talent, Coach Phelps is committed to helping our players succeed on and off the court.
